dam thats bad ass! my dad is almost done refreshing his 69 gmc short/step.
he put in disc's up front off a 72 chevy, relocated the gas tank to the rear frame rails with a custom fill line inside the bed side. new ignition switch, door locks, new rear axle off a late 70's gm truck, 5 lug all around, freshly rebuilt stock I6, no rust on body just needs fresh orange paint! Good luck with your project looks to be rolling along smoothly!

I've got a new rear mount gas tank. It will also get disks, booster, and power steering. Just not sure if rack and pinion or gear. New suspension with drops.
