To be able to take the headliner out, do you have to remove the front and back seats? Also the drivers seat doesn't go back or forward. Is there a way to manually move it forward or back.

For the headliner, probably just remove the front seats.
There isn't really a good way to manually move the electric seat. I would try to get the electrical connectors under the seat. Wiggle them while you try to move the seat with the switch. next thing to try is to tap on the seat motors while flipping the switch back and forth. Hopefully the seat will start working a little bit, so you can get the bolts out and remove the seat. Once you have the seat out, its a good time to fix the problem.
