2002 Z28 A4 NBM- Sadly now demodded :(
It's been high 70's all week in San Diego which means north county inland (where I'm at) has been high 80's low 90's all week...

Gonna pull the drivers side front end apart tomorrow on the truck and see what's clicking/grinding. Gotta be either a wheelbearing or a cv joint. Not entirely sure. Only does it at parking lot speeds and never consistent. Only way to find out is to get a little invasive. Gonna pull the steering knuckle off and see what's not up to par.
Got my bling master cylinder for the Firebird. Picked up a few brake line pieces today so I can get it plumbed in. Sunday is the first AutoX of the year, but I may just be going as a spectator at this point.
Yesterday was a sad day for the family, though. Had to lay our old friend Harley to rest. He passed away from suspected kidney failure. He would be 9 years old today. RIP bud

What a great looking dog. Sorry to hear.
Spent the evening on the trailblazer, seafoamed, oil change, head light bulb, working on rear latch for the back hatch something not working right soaked the shit out of it with WD see what happens in a few days., rear wiper also not working ended up busting the arm off.
Daughter away on school trip for the weekend so a few drinks and philly cheese steak pizza with a little to round out the day. Couldn't keep my eyes open past 10 now I'm wide awake.

that was a good looking dog......one of these days I'd like to get some kind of coon hound. My buddy has a redbone but he's had quite a bit of trouble out of that dog. Pretty hyper dog. I need something that's lazy like a blood hound. I'd really like to have a beagle but we live next to woods and a highway. I've owned beagles before and know that it's not "if" but "when" those little bastards go for a run that lasts about 4 counties.

Harley was a blood hound. lazy for sure, but his laziness meant he was slow and steady. He didn't go far...often or alone. when our lab Jake was alive the two of them would travel miles and cross county lines. after Jake passed he became a bit of a porch decoration. He wouldn't move out of the way in the driveway, we would have to physically move him. best behaved, friendliest, most loving dog. He was a hound though, so he didn't always listen, but the other 99% of the time he would rather have been by our side than off doing his own thing. He will be missed, but he no longer has to deal with the occasional hip pain. we thought a year ago we're going to have to put him down. He got down and couldn't get up, crying non stop. ended up ordering glucosamine from nuvet.come and it just about turned him into a pup for the last year.

Got a lot done around the house today, really couldn't believe we did as much as we did but I'm happy should free me up tomorrow to spend the whole day on the Trans Am. Told the wife today the past few years I have been putting in some crazy hrs at work and when not there was doing stuff with the car and let a bunch of shit go. So now it's catch up.

it's rebuild a dodge front end week in my garage. got a loud wheel bearing on the driver side. couple that with the sloppy upper and lower ball joints and then my dumb ass accidentally let the caliper drop and ruined the brake line. I'll have the new master cylinder on the car tomorrow, though.
