    I just read the install article on a Racetronix pump in GMHTP -- looks like a very slick unit.

    just for a fuel pump? i ordered mine off their website a year ago for less than $150, shipped. although they did send my fuel pump to Canada first by mistake before it got to me

    you must not have got the plug and play hot wire kit. mine was 225. with everything.

    I BET i ran out of pump when i put my heads on n/a at 4500 it drops to under 45 and my injectors are maxed out as well and after that i go lean 14-1 and up

    That's what I don't want. That's why i am thinking I need a BAP just to be sure I don't lean out. I'll also be getting 60-lb injectors.

    You don't make use of the bucket with the Walbro and it is not plug and play like the Racetronix is. I was also informed Walbro has a lot of Chinese knock-offs these days.

    Im still using the bucket - and about the Chinese knock off... I couldnt tell you there as ive been running mine for about 2 years now

    Yes but you have to modify the bucket and how the pump mounts if you use the Walbro 255 pump. The Racetronix is much simpler.
