New G8 firehawk!!

Did anyone else watch powerblock on Spike TV this weekend? All new SLP Firehawk.... what a sick monster this is going to be!!! Blown to 500hp!!

think cammed goat got some pics of one of them at an autoshow up in NY this weekend. If he ever gets the pics uploaded.

understandable. seems alot of ppl bag on slp. still doesn't stop me from browsing through what they got. doesn't mean I'm actually gonna buy any of it.

but your right, that Firehawk looks to be awesome!

Yeah, besides some of their prices... SLP seems to make pretty good stuff. I even bought their "dreaded" MAF sensor which everyone hates, but I have had 0 problems with it... But that Firehawk makes my pants wiggle a little bit!!

I love how they are comparing the peformance and price to the GT500KR and the M5! Awesome!

Well personal experiences will differ I suppose. I have only ever bought 4 items they make, and have had no problems with any of them. (CAI kit, MAF, strut tower brace and the loudmouth II) So their average with me is pretty good.

Good to see them coming off the production line with a pump on top. I wish Holden/HSV used this initiative. I dislike that body styling though.

I was there but didn't take any pics. I did grab a brochure showing the car comparison and some small pics of the upgrades. I can post it up if anyone really cares.

I fully agree, I bought the SLP MAF and descreened it and had 0 problems! I also bought the lid and had no issues! I am with you Andy!

As with the GTO this G8 is made offshore.
Wonder how much it costs to ship those cars here on a boat from Australia ?

I believe the quality of our F-bodies is good.

Well arent they assembled in the US? I could be wrong but thats how auto companies usually roll. And GM is just getting all their vehicles from Holden... slapping some Pontiac badges on, and calling it a day. Sure saves money in the R&D department.

And our Fbodies are Canadian born... But I do agree with you, excellent stuff!

is you go back the first one of these made about a year ago went to 50 cent. then unique autoesports painted it. this is where the paint sceme can from. look it up you will see.
