Hemi numbers?
Just curious, how do those 300C's and the chargers with the hemi's perform against our Ls1, i wanted to know so i can shut someone up before making a fool out of myself. Also know a guy how has a SVT focus with a turbo, he is alway exaggerating, but he he says that he is doing pulls of mid 12's. You think these are accurate? I have no idea what the boost is on it. I need to shut him up too LOL! thanks guys.

Sunset Orange- Two, 2002 WS6 Trans Ams
i was reading and it looks like the srt8's run a 13.5 and the RT runs 14.2.... the stock WS6 trans am is round 13.3 so ya got him by a ball hair. just google it, print it out and show him saves gas that way.

Wait, are you saying the hemi has boost or are you referring to the SVT? As long as the car isn't an SRT-8 or boosted, you should be able to take it down. Do you know if it's been modded, that would make a difference too.

those times are close so on the street it would come down to the driver. i did beat a 300c on a hiwy run from 60-100 with 4 grown people in my car and my car is stock BARELY. it actually put up more of a fight than some stock mustangs i have beat.

Correct, the 5.7L Hemis will run low 14s and a few have dipped into the 13s. C&D ran a 13.9 in their first test of a '05 C. The 6.1L SRT8s are generally tad faster than mid 13s, low 13s are not unusual and a few have dipped into the 12s stock. Pretty comparable to a stock LS1 F-bod.
