Got a 2004 4runner, can it tow a car?
Got my wife a 2004 4runner about a week ago. Its the limited edition, 4x4 (dont know if that matters when it comes to towing or not), V8 and a "towing package". Not sure what its rated at, but has anyone ever towed a car on a trailer with one? I plan on pulling my Camaro to the track next weekend and want to make sure it can handle a 3 hour drive there and 3 hours back through mountains and such

According to the stats, it'll tow 7300 lbs, so I would think it would handle a car just fine as long as you weren't driving up 7% grades LOL.

k, cool. The mountains I'm going through dont go up to high. I just dont want to be all over the road since I dont have a typical "heavy towing" vehicle like dually's and what not
