06 Mountainner issues with fan/AC/blower
I can not turn the blower/fan in my Mountaineer off. Anytime I hit OFF it automatically goes to defrost and the fan goes on full blast. If I hit the fan button to lower the fan it automatically puts the AC back on and goes into AUTO mode and blows on med setting. The fan stays on medium and AC works for every setting, but it stays stuck on medium and again, can't be turned off. OFF puts the defrost back on full blast. I tried pulling 2 fuses under the dash I forget which #s related to the blower and AC to see if that would reset with no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

I would dis-connect the Neg battery terminal for about 10 minutes, see if it resets itself although i doubt it will. Sounds like you have a short in the actual control switch.
