Here's my newest project. I got a GM crate motor but the L92heads,and a comp cams 595/598 cam. Just learning how to map a timing curve. Seems to run real good got to work through a lite pedal stumble. Rod

MAN just kick me! LOL Yelp, not pretty but it's running really good right now. I had to put 30* of timing in it down low to get rid of the stumble.

very nice......I don't think it's ugly. It's unique and sounds like you're moving right along with it.

Enter it into the cotm sometime.....it'd be great to see some older cars with LSx motors entered.

Those late 70's and early 80's G-bodies are great platforms to build from.

Last of the full frame cars,,,very cool.

Thanks gents, I am in Ky. right now for my Grandmothers 100 birthday. We took the motor home and towed the wagon up to use. It's running real good and an having fun on the twisty roads up here. It does have a Ford 9", 35 spline axles. 373s with Detroit locker. The rear has been mini tubed and shortened 2" to fit the 305/45 18 drag radials. It also has Hockics suspension package with Belstein shocks and four wheel dics brakes. Thanks again Rod

no way, needs the rear window chrome back on it, and blacked out also all along the whole window lines blacked out on the B, C and D pillars, with a black tint? it could even roll with the primer splotches and it'd look badass.

    damn sweet already tho.

The plan right now is to black out everything from the body line just about an inch down from the windows (black with black tint). Then everything down another color, just can't decide on which one (no chrome at all). I'm thinking red but not made up my mind yet.

I almost forgot I went to the dyno Thru. after work. Didn't take anything but a couple plugs and socket, plus the lap top. I set the max RPMs at 6500 to be way safe, the cam & springs are set up for 7200. I made three pulls and changed timing each one and pulled a plug to check it. 1st one timing @ 27* went to 6300.........393.4rwhp 331tq. 2ed timing @ 30* went to 6400............400.9rwhp 339tq. 3rd timing at 32* went to 6400.............403.3rwhp 341tq. The timing was just starting to come around the ground strap, this tells me I may have another 2 to 4 deg. left in it yet. It was still climing on all three pulls, I lifted before any power declined. With factoring in a 20% drive line loss I come up with 504fwhp. I was happy for this test. I'll go back after some more miles on it and let'er eat, just to see how it does. I'll also full the bottle and try 100/150hp shot, just for grins.

Awesome. Great sleeper. It must be great having some ricer pull up and get smoked by a wagon that is probably older than them.
