Looks like quite the project you have there. May I ask why you chose an LS powerplant for the Dodge? It makes for a real interesting combination. What are you using for a transmission?

It is a ls1/4l60e/np208 transfer case, 3.90 gears, stainless headers, CAI. Truck is 4x4, I just got done measuring the ds for lenght and it turns out I can run a 82-02 stock camaro driveshaft.

I chose the ls1 because it is about 300lbs lighter then the 440 that was in it, should get nearly 21/2 times better mpgs, and also most likely run faster. 440 ran a 15.7 @ 84 2.18 60' and got 9mpg's on a good day. The ls1 even though smaller in displacement is the far better motor between the two. If I want a 440 again I'll just get the lsx block and build one the right way.

Your other half looks like she would be more of a distraction than help. Nice.
