Our car still has good ride height in the back, so I simply replaced the bushings and re-installed the stock spring. On bumpy roads the ride quality isn't the greatest... but it is a '70s Vette. If the spring goes in it, I would probably switch over to a fiberglass monoleaf.

I installed a reman p/s control valve on our car. It's weeping just the slightest bit after only 2-3 years of being on the road. I think Stainless Steel Brakes (or something like that) is supposed to have a good replacement unit that has better then stock seals.

mine's a '68 350 firebird. hasn't been restored yet, just bought it the 19th of december, start work on it this spring once it starts to warm up a little bit.

don't mind my father or the popped hood in the pic, hah.

    Let's see. I've had:
'67 Firebird, 4 spd 350 Pontiac motor. Died in 1985, woman driver turned left hit me head on.
'65 Bonneville ragtop, 389, dumbass woman ran a red light and hit my car, almost ruined it. Sold in 1992
'67 LeMans, blue with white stripes. Another Pontiac 350, ran 15.0x at 90 MPH. Sold 1993
    '67 400 4 spd Firebird, sold this in 2000 after 11 years to get my first LS1, '98 Trans Am. Ran low-mid 13s @ 103-106.
'67 GTO 428, fun car big trunk. His/Hers shifter, turbo 400 trans, 3.23 gear. Ran 13.60s and 104 MPH Engine blew up, put a 400 in it,car lost 4 MPH and .5 second, wife totaled it in in 1998, hit a parked car doing 70 MPH. See any trends about women drivers here?
'68 LeMans ragtop, still have this one. Super slow 400 2bbl(!) 2 speed AT 2.52 rear gear. But the top goes down!

yeah i think the trim and center caps make the paint on the wheels look lighter too ???? trim pieces do weird things to a car hahaha
