You will need the center bolt valve covers & different coil brackets.

Ouch tough luck. If your current heads are not totally screwed (shatters valves or heavy scoring) you may just get them milled for more compression or change out the valves for some sodium filled ones(ls-6) if your looking for bare minimum.

I have my old stock 98 heads I'd sell you if you're interested although shipping would be kinda pricey on them I would think. My advice would be to look for 243's at a minimum. Sets of those can be had dirt cheap these days. Search all the boards and be patient and you'll find a cheap set. Ideally it would be nice if you could get a set of worked heads. What exactly is wrong with your stock heads? Can probably just do valves pretty cheap if that's all that's wrong.
