i have a bore of 4.030 4in stroke, deck heigh of .012 out the hole and 70cc combustion chamber

i'm gonna be running ls7 headgaskets but i'm not sure how thick they are compared to ls2 or ls1 gm gaskets

ball park figure? 11.4:1?

You want a .040 - .045 quinch height so I'd get a head gasket around .055" thick compressed. Assuming flat top pistons, your probably correct on the CR !

Theres a free program called virtual engine calculator, download that and you can plug any numbers you want, then it will tell you the compression

yep flat top pistons with -1.8cc valve reliefs

does anyone know where i can find the thickness of the ls7/ls2 headgaskets i did a goodgle but no luck and i'm trying to order up a gasket since a ls7 is only 35 bucks a piece
