for most people more bang for buck is where its at so.. id say stage 2.5 prc,its not worth the money for top of the line heads unless its a strictly race car,5 or 10 hp wont make a difference thats my 2 cents.

I know you pretty much have in mind what your going to get

But heres a pretty sweet system I plan on implementing. Saw the install and test #s on the Chevy Performance website
    Patriot Performance Package:
    • GM LS6 Style Stage II Heads, heat treated, 5-axis valve job, bronze guides, and precision welded chamber 59cc
    • Fully assembled valvetrain including stainless steel valves, "Gold" .650" dual springs, titanium retainers, super 7 locks, machined bases, and viton rubber seals.

    • Harland Sharp Shaft Mounted Rockers available in 1.7 (non-adj.)

curious to know where you found the dyno.. advertises PRC heads add 50hp for a little over $1000...if bigger gains are true it just seams wierd to me that they would underrate their product

You can with that and make 420-440rwhp, but i have seen those numbers put down with 241 hand ported heads, a buddy of mine hand ported and polished his own heads. With a 232/232 .595/.595 112lsa cam with a lsx intake manifold and hand ported heads he made over 425rwhp. He spent almost no money on the heads, when i see you guys pay 1200-1500 for a set of heads you are only getting 10-15rwhp more than port and polished ls1 heads, kinda seems like alot of money for 10rwhp. Sometimes you guys make 420 or so rwhp which is what can be made with hand port ls1 heads.

What pistons are you running? Are they after market? If the are flat you will need to fly cut your pistons to make clearance with that cam and milled heads. IMO I would look at AFR heads or ETP. ETP is a little more expensive though.
