    What kind of budget? is it a DD? what do you already have done?

    a good H/C package and all the supporting accessories including exhaust should give you 400hp

    also have to take into consideration install labor (unless your going to be doing it yourself) and a tune

    ya i would go with that H/C package, some Lt's and a tune. you will be happy with the results.

    if you have the money i would also start looking at suspension as well.

    The TSP 228R will also get you there - i have this cam and highly recommend.

    Not far off factory - took a bit off time to get slow speed tune right but now that's sorted its excellent.
