what cam should i use
im tryin to gain a good amount of horsepower but not tryin to do work any work on my heads so please let me know what cam i should use

need some more information on your car such as m6 or auto,if auto what size stall,intended use of the car,mostly street or strip use,other mods?

You can run anysize cam with stock heads. Depends on how you want to use the car.

i love the xe-r with 224/230@.050 and .581/.588 lift 112-114 lsa makes more power down low then stock and keeps making power till 6500+ but ur going to want a ls6 intake and long tubes make it so much better

im from st. mary's county and the car is an auto and it my every day driver but i do plan to runm it at the track

Your going to need a stall be able to use any good size cam. 3600 or higher since they have lockup.
