Imo, low to upper teen's(21x) on the intake, and low to mid twenties(22x) for the exhaust, the lsa 113 to 116.
Still regardless of cam size you'll get the most benefit with a good tune.

You are going to have to stay extremely tame on the cam if you don't want to tune it. Even then, I would recommend a tune anyway.

My suggestion would be to toss the handheld, put the stock tune back in before hand and then sell it. Contact Frost for a mail order tune (~$125) and he could get the car pretty darn close, and it would run better than a handheld tune.
You could probably sell that handheld for just about the money it costs for the mail order.

If not, the cam forsale in the link "might" be okay. I run one with slightly less duration than that but with tighter lobe sep (210/218 .551/.551 with a 112 lsa) and even that needed tuned. Once in a while it will hunt at idle with the A/C on when coming to a stop, (I haven't tinkered with idle trims) and even that small of a cam has an ever so slight lope at idle.

Honestly....if you don't want to tune it, don't get a different cam.

Ditch the superchips tune as well if at all possible.
