Valve seat and double spring questions

I have begun to install my new cam and valve train. The instructions say to run the engine for the first 30mins-1hr with just the outside set of the valve springs.

Is there any special way to get the inner springs out or is it just pushing them?

also when pulling apart the head to put the testing springs on cylinder one, I realized that some of the valve seats have surface rust on them. They were reseated when I purchased the heads last year, which they sat there for 6 months before I bought them, do I need them to be redone or is this ok?

as far as the break-in, that write up is for flat tappet lifters. On our roller lifters, you will be OK to install both springs. I'd clean up the surface rust with a scotch brite pad, or a soft wire wheel on a drill.
