    Tsp 228r

I plan on putting a cam in my 01 TA A4 this winter when I put it away. I am thinking of going w/ the TSP228R with a LSA of 112. I have the basic bolt ons such as Pacesetter LT's and ORY, Magnaflow catback, and a lid. I was going to get the ported LS6 oil-pump and a LS2 timing chain is this recommended? I would get the camshaft package with the PRC spring kit & pushrods, What else is recommended that I change while doing this project?

I will be getting a tune shortly after I put the cam in..any idea what numbers I can be looking for? I was at 345hp and 356ft/tq is it likely I will get into the 400's with this cam and a tune?

you should be in the upper 300s.
also if you dont have a conveter yet, get one.
that cam and a converter like the tci3500 will put you right into the powerband

when i had my 228 cam on a 114 i put 378/372. you should be anywhere from 375-385 to the wheels with that cam. however, that cam pulls great down low!

I just ordered the TSP 228/228, .588/.588, 112 LSA with Rockers, Springs and Pushrods from Texas Speed Racing. I also will install LS6 Heads, intake and Pacesetter Headers with ORY pipe. I will also get it tuned. Cant wait till it comes in and start the install.
