I can't really find a lot of information on this cam, how much power can it make with full bolts on? And how would you see it with TEA's 5.3 stage 1.5?

    thanks

i wouldnt bet on more power from the 224.
is youre car a daily driver? stick or auto?
if its an auto, you need to be stalled and i wouldnt go much bigger than a 224 if its a daily driver.
as for a six speed, i wouldnt go much more than a 228/228 if its a daily driver.
    i have the 224/ 224 581/581 114 lsa cam.
its full bolt on minus a ported t/b and pullies. i made 379 rwhp on a hot day.
above is my opinion, some guys may tell you to go bigger.
now if its just a weekend car, you have plenty of choices for a cam.

yes it's just a weekend car, and yes it is a M6. I think I'll go just with the cam (no heads) because I want to save some money for koni's. I don't want to go too big with the cam because i want it streetable..

I've read that reverse split cam need an exhaust setup that flows well, would I be fine with pacesetters, catted Y pipe, and slp dual dual catback?

youll need a full exhaust, reverse split or not.
i have pacesetters, off road pipe that goes into a hooker exhaust.

Go with what I did. 232/234 595/598 112 LSA. Not bad on the street and sounds mean as hell. You get all the looks and people can't believe that the sound is coming from a late model.
    3 inch Chambered Catback.
