    Is this the pushrod that they recommend for this cam?

    its one of the options when u order its standard length the other three or so are longer

    dunno thats just what came with it ...you had to change it if u wanted longer...but i didnt do any head work so i should need longer...i wouldnt think but i am not a tech.so may be wrong

    If you ever had a lifter spin in the tray, then you'll know why.

    They are only $3 a tray. Well worth the money to insure they don't spin. And they do wear out.

    alright good to know I figured this was the likely explanation but I just didn't know... so what do most guys put in while they're there... LS2 trays? they fit right?
