Timing cover wont fit!!
I am in the process of assembling my motor, everything was going smooth untill i went to put my timing cover on and it would not clear the oil pump. I am running the Cloyes Double roller timing chain and the Texas Speed Ported LS6 Oil Pump. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem? Or if anyone knows a solution to this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks Chris

You will probably need a new cover. Stock covers don't really like double roller chains

I know you already bought it, but any reason why you want the double roller tc? Most ppl use the LS2 chain (<$50), which is much thicker than the LS1 and will fit with stock timing cover.
