is there any break in period for cam
is there any break in period for a cam in our cars? i have a custom grind 230/236 581/590 112. i also had patriot dual valve springs & kit put in along with hardened pushrods.

Its a roller cam, so no, but I have the same springs and I went easy on them for the first hundred miles just to make sure everything was good.

considering they flog the car when dyno tuning, no break in

well i have to drive it about 100 miles just to get it back home so that should work out great. and duh, the dyno i didnt even think about that.

Heat cycle the springs a couple times.
