Studs versus Head Bolts
Does any one have knowledge and where to find any studies done on the benefits (if any) on the use of Studs versus Headbolts in the assembly of performance LS engines. Useing the search feature of this site came back negative info.

always heard more tq with studs, less flexing

Thanks, I'd looked every where but never thought of looking there. I had Emailed ARP but haven't heard back from them. If I do I'll post it.

studs clamp down the heads much better, and dont wreck the block threads
