    We charged about $200 per sleeve so it's not cheap to do.
    I'm not clear on where exactly the problem is,,,whether it's your sleeve that is cracked or the aluminum block surrounding it.

    Yes the LS1 can be honed, but anymore than .010 and it's done. If the bore is still out of round or any other imperfections, scrap it. It's not worth sleeving 8 cylinders on a block that is easily obtainable elsewhere.
