    in all honesty, to sleep a camaro, you really cant have longtube headers. even with a heavily chambered muffler, its a dead give away. stay away from bullet mufflers because with the longtubes that would be the opposite sound you are wanting. get a well flowing exhaust, but dont put all your efforts and finances into it, the cutout will surely be open when youre racing anyway. good luck, post pics.....

    Man I wouldnt go ORY if u are wanting sleeper effect......I would go high flow cats on a y.....imo

    exhaust is as follows...

    wrapped Pacesetter mild steel painted LT with provisions removed
    Custom ORY with Hollowed out Cats
    flowtech manual cut out
    dynomax 23" bullet muffler in I-pipe and SLP Dual/Dual catback

    fortunatley not all camaro's are "fast"
    im only worried about those putting up $$$ who have 1/2 a brain
    plus its ok if everyone thinks im running mid/high 12's then hang them bitches off the line & run 11's

    it will sound like a stock SS with the performance exhaust option...

    friend ran the same set up (5.3 head instead) didnt have a bullet in the I pipe through a hooker catback then the SLP dual/dual & it sounded sweeeet but couldnt tell it was cammed
