Should I go for ROLLER ROCKERS?
I have a 98 Trans Am WS6 auto with 110,000 miles on it. I'm about to buy a CompCams valvetrain upgrade kit with springs and pushrods. I'm wondering it I should get the 1.85 ProMagunum roller rocker too. The best i've ran at my track in Dinwiddie, VA is 13.38 with a SLP lid, smooth bellows, and a flowmaster on stock tires. I'm looking to breakin to the 12's this summer. My planned upgrades are new valve springs, pushrods, and maybe rockers also a Vigilante 3,500 stall, Pacesetter long tube headers and Y-pipe, Zex 75 shot nitrous, and Nitto drag radials. I want to know if l'll see that much of a difference on the rollers to spend 600 bucks? Also I'll like to know if you thing this combitation will land me in the 12's? I'm looking for item's that give me the biggest bang for the buck. Are the Granetilli plug wires worth it? Thank you for your time.

you wont see much gain from rollers at all.
with everything else, if you can hook, expect low 12s2000 nhra edition formula

msd wires have had their issues forsure
personally i reccomend going with Taylor plug wires AND the fire sleeves to prevent arcing/melting your wires
no issues with that combo - the stock wires have the metal on the spark plug side & help dissipate heat & not cook the wires
then swap them out and have no additional protection?
that calls for problems & usually ends up that way

it's up tp you. if you are looking to extract as much as possible without changing the cam, then it's a good thing to do. you ca nsee up to about 20 rwhp with the right set of rockers. i got 17 rwhp out of my crane 1.8 quick lift rockers on the stock cam in the wife's car.
