rocker arms?

    Again... I used the word "side" in a relative term... I understand the pushrod will be closer to the rockerarm pivot. I agree it would not be rubbing the sides.

    edit: I am just recalling this from memory form class's... so the terms used sometimes are off.

    not at all..... and didnt you say you werent planning on putting a cam in for awhile??? Then yea absolutly... pick up your HP while your in there.

    If I may interject on this one....stick with 1.7 rockers. Most of the time you will end up going with more aggressive cams and start having to worry about clearance issues with valve covers and of course possible valve piston slap occuring. I ran 1.8 Crane rollers rockers for a while and went back to 1.7 and a much more aggressive cam. At least from my experience the 1.8 was not worth the trouble. New rockers, yes do it, but I would say stay with 1.7 ratio. IMHO
