    Rocker Arm Replacement

I need to change the rocker arms in my LS1 after finding about 15 needle bearings in the oil plug. My questions is do I need to drain the oil before changing the rocker arms? Or has all the oil drain to the bottom.

I just changed the oil. Thanks.
