Well, if you are gauging your peak torque number off of that, I would say that is why your torque numbers are SO high like everyone is pointing out.
I have around the same torque as you spiked, but it is across the entire graph, which is the real torque number.
On your graph, it looks like there was a glitch or hiccup at those 2 RPM levels which caused your torque to increase by about 50-60rwtq.
Looks like your real torque number is somewhere around 360-370.

Just noticed on the graph it is hand written at the below: TQ365. Looks like I was right on the money.

i have the v2 228/324@50600/605lsa112 in my 04 gto. long tubes,160* t/s and custom 3 1/2" single exhaust. on stock tune it made 380rwhp and tuned it made 399.58 and 389.42 rwtq. with a m6, and stock 346's. and it took my tuner 21 pulls to get me where i am at now. the drivability is excellent. i can cruise at 1100 rpm all day in 6th with no surging. that comes from the tune. mileage is still 24 to 26 and sometimes 27 on flat hiway at 75 mph on the interstate.

I've got a 98mm Typhoon and I haven't had a sealing problem with it. Only had it in the car for 900miles tho so I don't know how much my opinion counts.

i have the MS3 cam and it does good for me. i dont daily drive, but i do drive to the track on weekends which is about 50 miles 1 way. and i hit the local car cruises a couple times a week. goes 10.7 in the 1/4. ss4000 auto. no surging or anything. its all in the tune. my biggest complaint would be my exhaust is too loud.
