Push rods and springs
I found some cheap ls6 yellow springs that come with 243 heads. Are the springs any good or should I swap them ? And are the ls6 push rods any good or should I swap them to ?

If they are used I wouldn't bother. Probably already lost 50% of their usefull tension life.

Green- 1995 Z28 w/ LS1 Swap
As long as your running stock components you should be fine, if you cam the car you'll have to upgrade both the pushrods and springs.

No everything new, coming off a vette. Yeah I plan on swapping cam when I do the heads, so I guess I'll just get the 243's!I want to port and polish the heads, how much should I take off ? going with TorquerV2.
