    His 9" will lower dyno numbers a little more than mine. The steeper the gear, the lower the reading as well.
    Just a shot in the dark.



    And I don't know if the camera has steady shot or not.

    yeah, i was wondering if a conversion chart existed, etc...

    i do know the steeper the gear you go, the lower the dyno will show. however the payoff of course is the quicker the acceleration you get...

    why does higher gearing lower dyno #s? i would think it would inflate them

    The higher the ratio, the lower the dyno reads. I was talking to the dyno owner about that, and he said it just reads a little lower because the dyno reads it lower. The actual output isn't lower...

    Ahhh man that's awesome. So even with the LTs on there the engine and tranny will slide right back up in there from the bottom with no issues?
