    They are 5.3l heads from total engine airflow. 62cc chamber. Im not sure yet how big I can go without fly cutting.

    Maybe this might help with your decision. I like to make power everywhere and want something with torque.

    Yea I like good torque numbers thats why I am still in question on what cam to buy because the ms3 is kinda lop sided

    not the only one...my 140,000 mile old stock bottom end LS1 cranked out 441 rwhp with patriot stage 2 ls6 heads at 64cc and .040 gasket...this was through 4.10 gears, 3800 converter, 18" wheels and 29" tires.

    i found this thread searching the difference between the stage 2 and stage 3 patriot heads.

    I eventually picked up some patriots 59cc with a 228r cam. haven't had it on the dyno yet though

    when i had the 226r cam with the 64cc head on .040 gasket i made 409. that was also with ls6 intake, 4.10 gears, 29" tires on 18" wheel and automatic with 3800 converter....just to give you an idea.

    i stepped it up to a ported fast 90mm and true dual exhaust with a 231/239 111+2 LSL cam and made roughly 441.
