I am very interested and wanted to hear some feed back on Patriot Performance Stage 2 Heads LS6. I interested in the 2.02's and love their price tag. Here is the link to them; give me somefeed backon your own experiances with them.

I have the stage 2 2.02 59cc LS6 heads. Had them on for a couples years now and have not had a problem. I'm very happy with them.

My 2 cents, they are the best bang for the buck heads you can get. Other heads will net you a little more power, but at a much higher price tag.

I gained 30rwhp and 26 rw ft/lbs. LS1 speed tuned the car and it did dyno a little low, but my SS has always dynoed a little on the low side.

Here are the heads I have.

I run Patriot Stage III LS6 style heads on my 402.
They have treated me very well, and their customer service is top notch. Gunnar did more than he needed to do for me.

Seems like the verdict is pretty good out there on that Patriot heads. There price tag isn't steap either which makes the even more attractive.

Did you have the engine cammed or was that the stock cam you were running when you dynoed?

They are normally $1200 or so. Not sure of pricing at this moment.

i have the LS6 "style" Stage II heads from Patriot, 59cc (2.02/1.57). there are the old 6.0 castings that have the cc chambers welded up. i've had no issues with them. i gained around 35rwhp and 28rwtq with the 224 cam, LT's, and at the time Ls6 intake. my old numbers w/that set up were 409/386...

So the main difference with the stage II and stage III is the casting type? The III are Ls6's? Or is it all in the port and chamber volume? The Dyno-proven book says the stage 2's went up 22 flywheel horses. I dunno what they had done to the motor, but it was 421 upto 443 hp.

    The difference is valve size.

The stage II's go on stock cubed motors and the stage III's go on larger bore motors.
