Which one!!
Ok people, I have another question. If I was going to replace my rocker arms, which ones would you recomend. The rocker arms I'm looking at are the Com Cams non-self adjusting 3/8". And ws6store.com has them in 1.5 and 1.6 ratios. That is where I would be purchasing them from. Which ratios would you guys suggest?
Just a reminder. It is going into an 02 ws6. And I have put a Texas Speed 233/239 .595"/.603" 111 LSA cam in it.

Stock ratios for the LS1 is 1.7. I'd stick with that, especially since you are already running a .600 lift camshaft.
With that said, lots of rollers out there to choose from. I prefer an adjustable drivetrain, my wifes car has a complete Crane roller rocker system that eliminates the rocker shafts.
I believe there are rockers available with the same roller fulcrum as stock, but with a roller tip that will adapt to your stock shaft assemblies....

Well, I talked to Mike over at ws6store. And he recomended theYella Terra Ultralite non-adjustable rocker arms. He said that they were the only ones they sale that are a direct replacement for the stock rockers. He said they were the exact same size as the oem rockers. He said they are available in 1.7 and 1.8 ratios. So I went the 1.8 ratio rockers.
I really appreciate your input Firebirdjones. Thanks a bunch!

Yella Terra are a popular brand that should treat you well. I assume you realize with the 1.8 rockers your lift jumps to .630/.638

Well, yes sir, I did. I knew it would raise it up about that much. I haven't had a chance to calculate exactly how much. But I knew it would be in or around that area.

Personally, I would have stayed with stock (lightest all) and a cheap yet very effective trunnion upgrade. Don't think I would have stepped up to 1.8 either.
The stockers are a great piece.

Well, the thing is, I had to go with a new set because I was seeing some wear on the old ones. But it's cool. I do want to try the 1.8's.

Roller tips are a nice addition, especially with a cam that size, valve guide wear is always an issue. I prefer full rollers, too bad GM didn't incorporate that into the stockers. Otherwise I agree with hi-po, there are a decent piece.

You're right FBJ. That would be nice if GM would have done that.
