Angry ok back to the drawin board

Ok well due to funding problems looks like I wont be goin with the lq9 block just yet or storkin out my stock ls1 block. So my question is can a 132xxx motor handle ...cold air intake , heads/cam, LT's with a cut out and cat back? I would change out the push rodds and rocker arms. I was thinking about getting the heads cam package from Texas speed i think it was they have that street package with the "lil " cam. and if so what kind of numbers yall think that would make mid 400s? i'm in the 320 range now

Heh story of my life! Only I made it a little farther than you did by actually getting a LQ9 block and diamond pistons for a 408 but unforseen circumstances precluded the crank rods etc. Join the club!!

Anyway you should be good at 132K. I was at 165K before I did my cam/springs/oil-pump/headers/stall/tune/rear-end/transbuild etc etc all pretty much at once. Motor was fine, no leakdowns etc. Ran like a champ, would have been still running had it not been for other unforseen circumstances not related to mods or age but rather stupidity.
