TSP Torquer 2 or the TSP 228R with a 112 LSA.
Heads - depends on your budget.

Who is your tuner?
Your going about it backasswards.
What is it your building? Street Beast? 1/4 mile queen? Highway Racer? What?
Decide what your building first. Get with your tuner and decide the basics to obtain your goals.
You obviously are not tuning or you would not be asking the question about H/C's. And that is OK.
So many people just start throwing parts at a car.............
Different heads have different benefits...Patriot versus AFR...well it depends on other vairables before anybody can say which is best. Same with cam grinds.....
What are you wanting at the end of the project?

I would not recommend a mail order tune with a heads/cam swap. You need to have it tuned on a DYNO.

I'm sure frost has a file that would work fine for you but even he would recommend you take the car to someone that has it in front of them for these kinds of mods. There are always little tweaks that vary car to car and set up to set up when doing heads/cam.
