    new cam

I just ordered a new cam for my 04 a4 GTO today and was curious what my gains would be. its an HR284 grind 220/224 .570/ .580 lift on a 112 lsa.
    CAI/ram air, p&p tb, LT's ,3" true duals, 918 springs, and 2,800 tci stall.
does anyone else here have a simular setup, or idea on what numbers I should endup with?

I would guess around 370-380hp and 350-360tq on a cam that size.

my car is an 04, its just an ls1, the ls2 came out in 05 for the goat
i could have gone bigger, but im running a 2,800 stall and like its manners (lots of twisty backroads around here to play on) i dont think id like it with a bigger stall and cam

well, i have a 3k stall and a 224/224 and its rather tame. i wish i went with a bigger cam like a 228, but thats my opinion.
as long as you are happy thats all that matters.
btw, i thought you had an ls2, my bad.

I'l probably wish I went bigger a week after I put it in bebore I add any more power I will have to start dumping money into suspension so I can hookup and wider wheels/bigger better tires to fill the wide body
