Need a little help, kinda stumped?

Trying to put the new oil pan gasket on and the old gasket it rivited on in two spots

The new gasket didn't come with these so how do I get them off, do I re-use them, whats going on here

Just drill them out and toss them. You don't need the rivets. The factory used them so the gasket travelled with the pan without getting lost or damaged.

No problem at all. Whenever you need to drill out a rivet, just get a sharp bit which is larger than the rivet. Remove the "ring" and the head will pop off.
