need a cam for sts turbo

I have a ls1 with hooker Lt and a sts turbo kit 5#'s. i want to get a better cam but not sure what has been proven to be good out there. any idea's???

What size turbo? If you have something small like a 60 or 67, there is no need to swap cams, the power band of your stock cam fits those guys pretty closely.

If you are only at 5psi why would spend all of the money and time to swap cams for the most minor gain? You have a wastegate, keep it shut until 8-9 PSI and you will pick up afar more power with just retuning (assuming you aren't still lacking basic crap that the kit should have come with like an FMIC)...

Well the engine has some kinda F14 cam in it but not sure what the specs are. The engine is being rebuilt and I have time to put the a new cam in it if needed. will the cam hurt my hp if I leave it ,go back to stock or put something better? If it wouldnt hurt it I would love to leave it there.

hows the car running these days?
ive pretty custom fabbed mine and about to put it on the car. also had martin at tick spec a cam out for me too for it. pretty simular to the one up top but with .600 range lift. also using a T76 turbo on my car. aiming for 550 until i get dual pumps to support more.
