im not here just posting to start something, me and tater have known each other since he joined this site. back when there was the chatroom gods. now thats going back sometime lol we talk on the phone. we live in the same state we take cheap shots at each other all the time. he does the same to me.

my point of my post before was if someone knows of a junk part/shop/tunner why wouldnt you want to know? its a proven fact that they mess stuff up. they cant even install there own fuel system the right way. thats not saying much when you cant even install your own parts right lol

tater aka Alex knows i only want the best for him. why would i want to see him go down the road i did. yes his setup/build isnt has crazy as mine and the others where that they messed up but when the a/f goes lean so far off the cart it doesnt mark anymore it doesnt matter what setup you have, stuff is going to go wrong lol i was one of those people lol this is just one of there smaller problems. its something simple. no matter the build. your tunner needs to understand wtf hes doing with a/f

Your opinion is noted for the record (expletives edited as this is a techical thread, not AAG) -- let's move on and hope everything works out for Alex with his tune. Aways good to see him posting build or installation threads with pics like this one. He has a gorgeous car and does excellent work on it.

Should have tested them out but it seems I was sent the wrong spacers for my injectors and they're too short. Tuner wasnt able to get them on. Gonna have to make a call and see if I can get the right ones sent out.

I have injector spacers if you need them. What style do you need? If you want just pay shipping, they came with my injectors but I don't need them for my FAST and ls2 fuel rail. The spacers I have are ev14 to ev1 height which I think ls3 injectors are ev14 so if they are it is ls3 to ls1 adapters. If you want them you can have them just for the cost of shipping.

Hmm, they might work. Worst case i could always send em back if they dont work.
    PM coming your way

Edit: the more i look at them the more they look like 1/2 spacers. They're 1" long but once installed it adapts it +1/2"

Called in for the right spacers to be sent out to me overnight delivery. Waiting to hear if the runner gets them in and installed today and the tune started. Will know more in a couple hours.

Alex, where did you get your fuel pressure gauge in this pic? How much if you don't mind?

Don't remember how much as I bought it a while ago but it wasn't much. It's a Marshall gauge and the adapter I picked up off eBay. Autometer also makes one similar

    Numbers!
Got to take her for a spin today, no traction in first or second. Needs those new tires i got mounted badly.
Put down 469hp/436ft-lb, nice increase from the bolt-on tune i had done which had the car at 341hp/356ft-lb

496 is damn good for HC only Geoff is great to deal with too.
I am running an LS3 intake, injectors, PRC 380cfm heads with Pat G cam on a 408 and haven't seen over 80% duty cycle with OEM injectors. had some LS9s but went back to the 3s all stock fuel system with just a hot wire kit on my C5

    I think you meant 469...

Great job Alex...giving me hope and excitement for mine. I just hope I'm close to your numbers....either way it's going to be a much funner ride over the stock LS1.

Thanks Scott, to be honest I wouldn't be surprised if the numbers I got are a little high compared to other dynos ive seen but either way I'm extremely happy with the power. Can't wait to hear yours complete
