You can get it tuned out or the company I got it from will walk you thru on how to make a jumper to turn the light off. You can also remove the bulb if it really bugs you.

Did you have a Proportion Valve? I know I can set it to how strong/soft I want the rear brakes to be.

I do have one question on the PV & bleeding the system. Do I fully open the PV to the softest setting to fill the system. Then set the PV?

I was going to start out counting how many turns it takes to go from open to close and then turn it to half way and then make adjustments from there.

Good question -- I would think that having the valve "open" (not reducing pressure) to bleed the rear brakes would be the preferred method.

this was a good help, I just bled them full open I forget the pressure but it made for a fast bleed, then adjusted it then drove it then adjusted it again.

Sorry I didn't see your post but IIRC it's 10.5 inches. I did that a while ago for someone else. A Victor Jr intake will fit if you are asking...

Got a shit ton done to day....

All is hook up except the serpentine belt, drive shaft, torque arm, bleed brakes & plus fluids. I'll do a once over on all before I try to start.

It gives me control of stopping power of the rear brakes by using a proportion valve.

Also the ABS module used by our cars is fairly week, when you go to the ABS delete you get better braking force and stopping power but under excessive hard braking you can lock up the wheels, its really a matter of preference to be honest.

No Vic Jr here, lol. Allllll set in the intake department. Pretty sure its less than 10.5 as I had to cut mine with a 9.5(ish)" intake setup. Just wanted a hard dimension for future changes

Appreciate the response none the less....sorry for the hijack, please proceed.

Got the torque arm & drive shaft in, will do a once over of all connectors & bolts, as well as fill fluids.

Took today off so I could do it.

    Congrats!

Refresh my recollection - why did you swap over to a high mount alternator?
