Hey Scott, are those both underdrives, or is one just a lightweight full size? This looks like something I might want to do for my car.

EDIT: Never mind... I see it's the power steering pulley...

Same size and dimension. TurnOne just made it better by removing all that mass for easier access.

Does it reduce parasitic loss by a meaningful amount?

    Good question

Not sure. From what I read off their site their ps pumps are what really reduce parasitic loss.

This pulley is more for ease of removal & install. (Believe me it makes it sooooo much easier.)

A little sneak peak of today's progress. Also I got more info on the alt relocate kit. There is some stuff you need to do to make it all (oil fill tube, alt wires, coil packs) fit together. I'll post later.

    Ok today's progress.

I place tape to hold the KS wire harness in place. If you move the intake around it can get pinched. Trust me I know, already replaced one.

Next remove these and replace with my SFI 42lb injectors. You will need to pull hard. Damn things don't come off easy. I used a little white lithium grease to ease on.

after forgetting how much crap (brackets) are on the intake and removing/installing it 6 damn times you have your helper have the fun of tightening the rear bolts

Start connecting the wire harness stuff ....I hope I installed the coil pack harness correctly.

Here's one with the TSB to show it all clears.

Some wire's will need to be tucked away and wire loomed but will wait till it's running to make sure I can see it all. Only concern now is if my FRC's will fit with the alt's new location.

Tomorrow I hope to have the bottom side connectors on and hopefully get the clutch & BH in ready for the transmission.

I have to say going back to a black color for the intake was a good move. I really like the way it looks now compared to the NBM it was before.

I think I may powdercoat my snowflakes black with the wheel edge remaining polished.

Loosening the k member bolts and steering shaft to rack makes intake bolts and swaps easier. Makes it safer on the Oil Pressure Sender

Not sure what your plans are but be sure when you start the car it's tuned for whatever injectors you run it on

I waited to install the OPSU till the block was in. I also trim back those damn cowl screws so they don't cut the hands as much.

Sorry no pics, too tired and forgot but the Monster Clutch, flywheel, starter and bell housing are in. Just hope I installed the clutch disk correctly. They only go on one way correct?

Also finish running the wire harness on the bottom side.

Just need my rebuilt transmission to come home and throw it in.
