    What is a steal for this cam? Guy has a new in box 1 that he wants to get rid of. And what else do i need as far as supporting mods. motor is stock other than bolt-ons thanks guys.

    A new one is 390. So anything lower than that is a "steal". If it was anything under 350 I would take it.

    As for supporting mods; Springs are a must, Heads (or atleasted ported stock heads) Intake (atleast ls6) bigger injectors (maybe, someone correct me if i'm wrong) hardend push rods (if your going to take it to high rpms) and deff a tune.

    You could get by with just the springs, but you wont be taking advantage of that cam with stock parts.

    Tune, valvesprings (duals), pushrods, gears


    Recommended....
    Full bolt-ons, oil pump, timing chain, heads

    So 250 is a good price. Ive read some good stuff on this cam anyone heard the bad? It'll be sitting and waiting on everything else wouldn't I want atleast

    Pretty big.

    Way to much cam for a DD, if it were a track only i could understand. You will most likley NEED 4.11's for that cam cuz the torque curve sucks. You wont see any power untill after 3-3.5K.

    i have a ms3 in my car and I dd it. I love it and with the cut outs open it is quite the head turner. Its amazing what you can get used to. I say buy it.

    sorry hear are my mods... ms3 prc 2.5,5.3 heads, new pushrods, fast 92/92 full ex, full bolt ons, oil pump. moser 9 w/4.11....(engine just blew the other day droping in a 408. maybe a 418?? so my ms3 will probaly be for sale soon
