max lift
what is the max lift that can be used in a stock ls1 before you have p to v clearance issues.

A lot depends on duration, cam timing and ramp speed.
I ran a 238/242 .595/.595 112lsa in my 346 with .040" milled off the heads and when I later pulled the heads back off you could see where the valves just touched the stock pistons.

It is more dependent on valve event timing than lift.
Measure. Only way to know.

bigger is not always better....plus the stock heads suck
