LS6 intake manifold and 227 Intake runners
Can the LS6 intake manifold be ported to match 227 intake runners or is this a job for F.A.S.T. ?

I wouldn't try it unless I had a spare one.
I looked at my ls6 when I had it off and there isn't much material to play with
