New head gaskets and head bolts. Plus, delete the EGR delete for the LS6 intake. I'd replace the lifters while your at it.
2000 Z28: Accufab 4150, Vic Jr. 150 shot, Patriot stg 2 heads, big cam, FLT Stg VI 4L60, S60 rear. Waaay more stuff to list. 3100 LBS.

Can't forget, the lifter trays. They are about $8 each for LS2's which are stronger. And screw it and do push rods.

probably the oil pressure sensor unit. Most people break them when they swap manifolds.

    Unfortunately this is true.

If you are careful though, you shouldn't have a problem.

I've removed and reinstalled my intake 3 times and I've never had a problem with the oil pressure sending unit.

if i decide not to replace the lifters what would be the consequence of that and do you think i should get them ported and polished? how much will this run me? One more thing im trying to reach 400 hp so with headers, lid, heads, ls6 intake, and exhaust will i be there?

Replacing the lifters will cost you 120 for the set and 8 for the lifter trays. Since the heads are off, just replace them anyways. They're extremely easy to replace. What your gonna risk is lifter collapse with higher mile motors or spinning one in the tray when you do a cam swap later on.

For the 400 rwhp mark, no. Not without a cam.

You mean cam. The LS engines are a single cam pushrod. With heads and cam and depending on the other mods, yes that is attainable. What are the spec's on the cam and what are the other mods?

Best way to explain it. That's how I learned what they do and how it's done.
