    ls6 and cam

What would be a good cam that would go hand in hand with the ls6 cylinder head to get the most power possible out of it? Drivabily not being a concern.
What is the most power you can pump through this cylinder head?

I was thinking scoggin-dickey's z+221,they say "a excellent choice for stock cylinder heads(ls6) and mild bolt-on upgrades" lift is 0.565/0.560 vs. 0.551/0.547 duration is 221/226 vs. 204/218

ls6 engine is rated at 405hp to start.

high 220's and 580's cam is a good choice. 114 lsa will keep it less choppy.

correct that's my point. he has an ls1 with ls6 heads. 330hp or so. he will not get those number out of that cam. or the one i said, but will make good power and be streetable/ dd.

Will you be using long tube, or shorty headers?

    A Futral FMS- F6-112 (226"/230" .575"/.595") will give you a nice wide power band, or a FMS-F11-112 (228"/230" .576"/.595").

Eps had a 224(.609") 230(.607") 111 lsa cam, or you can give Geoff a call about a custom grind.
