You will drop compression... If you plan on boost, it would work well. Be better off to port what you have. Heres a neat head spec link !

I went with the 5.3 heads & had big valves installed with a port job.

ls2 heads are the 243 castings which is the same thing as the ls6 head but the ls2 didnt come with the sodium filled valves.

    241's have 66.67cc combustion chambers
    and
    243's have 64.45cc combustion chambers

so your compression will actually go up from like 10.1:1 to like 10.5:1.

Just unported 243 usually make almost 20hp over the 241's.

I found mine for that price, the guy never picked them up from the machine shop after 6 months and had dual springs installed and reseated valves.

From what I have been seeing 400 is not too bad of a price for just heads especially if the port job was good, that can get expensive, just think about the cost of valves and springs and go from there.

buy them and send them to Total Engine Airflow for a stage 2, I did, 225cc runners, 61cc chambers, they flow better than TFS 215's. You'll be happy with those, add a cam and you'll be set into the 400+ rwhp club
