LS1 Engine Block can be repaired?

    Hi Guys

Just to ask you if there is a way to repair this part?
Mechanic reported to me there is a small gap in this piece. It seems water was sucked by the motor and ruined it.

Please advise if there is method to repair or if you have a used LS1 Engine block I can get

    Thanks

    Gustavo

I wouldn't spend the money repairing a hydrolocked LS1 block personally. All depends,

It depends on what kind of damage was done. Any pics of what is wrong? It might be cheaper to get a used ls1 block instead of repairing it.
